Regena Hammock is a serial entrepreneur, writer, inspirational/motivational speaker, and life/business coach.  She is a gynecologic cancer survivor with experience in marriage, motherhood, sisterhood, womanhood, and hardships. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HEY, Sister (Helping Elevate You, Sister Inc.) HEYSister.org, a social-empowerment and welfare organization for women and their families with a focus on disadvantaged women of color.

HEY, Sister is devoted to developing programs to systematically bring positive change and outcomes to all in need. As a bridge to supportive services, the organization has spearheaded three initial programs:  KIDS CAN (KIDS Confident and Noble), an anti-bullying campaign; Flight Before Fight, a domestic violence awareness and prevention program; and, HEY, Sister, Live Healthy. Stay Sexy, a mental and physical well-being endeavor.

Being Me. is her lifestyle brand, BeingMeBoutique.com.  RegenaHammock.com was derived to piggyback her nonprofit venture as a motivational, inspirational, and informational speaker. She is also a writer of poetry and budding author of current unpublished books on self-empowerment and daily coping skills.  Regena's matter-of-fact approach gives credence to her candid views on spirituality, relationships, and life's ups and downs.  She dances to her own beat with a wild and free uniqueness and personality that makes her remarkable

After being diagnosed with a gynecologic cancer in 2017, Regena Hammock founded Helping Elevate You, Sister Inc. (HEY, Sister)  Being a woman, a black woman in America, she has observed and experienced both disparities and inequalities in various life encounters. A God-given vision created in her a heartfelt desire to devote to the dire need for the social welfare of women and principally women of color.  HEY, Sister Inc. is a 501(c)(3) social-empowerment and welfare organization for women and their families with a focus on disadvantaged women of color. She is also an Ambassador of ECANA (Endometrial Cancer Action Network for African Americans).
